SWeeT, sWeet DReaMs..

Every night before we go to bed, Lar and I go in and tuck the kids in and make sure they're OK. Well, all summer Lauren and Josh have been having "sleep overs" with each other. They both sleep on Josh's bottom bunk bed. So I had to take this cute picture of them last night. Lauren in her sleep mask and Josh's hand on her shoulder. So sweet. I wonder what they were talking about right before they fell asleep.

And then little Hope with her baby doll Polly. When I put Hope to bed I always put her towards the middle of her bed, but it never fails, she finds her way to the very top. In the morning her hair is sticking straight up in the air from rubbing it along her bumper pad all night. So cute!

I absolutely love to see the kids sleeping. Not just because the house is so quiet, but also because no matter what kind of day you've had with your kids, when they're sleeping their faces are just so peaceful.
I love it.

Your kids are so cute! My boys often end up sleeping in the same bunk surrounded by every stuffed animal we own. When Ariel was born one thing Sister East told me was to watch your children sleeping every chance you get. Now that Ariel is hitting teenagehood I can still watch her sleeping at 10 a.m. Maybe if I threaten to take a picture and post it on my blog it will inspire her to rise a little earlier?
