Hope went swimming in our pool for the first time yesterday. I've let her sit on the edge and kick her feet, but I thought it might be too cold. Yesterday the water was 80 degrees so we decided to let her try it. She loved it. Her feet were kicking and everything.
And then she got to try jumping on the trampoline. It was the cutest thing, I would lay on my back and sit her up on my tummy and then Lauren and Josh would jump around us, just enough that she could bounce a little. She laughed and laughed. I finally had to take her off because her little hiccups were so bad from laughing.

Hi Jen! It's great to hear from you. This has been an "Emporia" month for me. I saw Julie East here in Garden City. She gave me updates on lots of people. Then I get a message from you, Jessica
Hansen and Chanda Starr. We haven't been back to Emporia in two years so it's been fun to
find out how everyone is doing.
I guess this is the month for the past and present Emporia bloggers to get in touch. Your family is so awesome. I love keeping up to date on all that is going on in your lives.
