Hope absolutely LOVES her bath
We're getting more and more excited for our vacation. One more week! It will be so nice to be on the beach relaxing and spending time with our family. We just can't wait. Even Hope was excited to try on her swimsuit.
The kids got out of school for the summer last week. Now next year I'll have a 2nd and 4th grader. They both had a great year this last year, but it's always so nice to get a little time off school. We've had late nights and late mornings, but that's the joy of summer vacation.
I talked with my Oncologist at Stanford this week and she is going to go over my CAT scan from March again. She said if the cancer had not grown significantly, then she would hold off on another CAT scan until August. I will find out the results at my appointment next Friday.
The way I've been feeling lately, I told Larry I think that my diagnosis was more of a title than an actual illness. I've been so blessed. I know that is not the case for everyone going through cancer. I know I will eventually need to start some type of treatment, but I tell ya, I'm just enjoying life right now! I'm so thankful for my kids who keep every single day interesting (and energetic:)
